They have been organised on a collaborative\u00a0basis by people working in the field.<\/p>\n<p>It would have been interesting to keep active the webpages of the conferences but this has been iimpossible because the webpages\u00a0were hosted\u00a0at the institutions where the conferences took place and we had no control on their politics concerning outdated webpages. None of the webpages are active now.
